Job Description

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Varsity Spirit, a leader in cheer, dance, and performing arts, is seeking a Content Producer for their Seasonal Tour Team. The role involves managing media production for events, creating social media content, and ensuring high-quality standards are met during video editing and production.

Responsibilities

Set up all video equipment prior to the event
Lead or assist with media setup and troubleshoot any technical issues that arise before or during the event
Oversee the operation of the livestream and social wall
Ensure all production elements align with and uphold OneBeat brand standards
Develop original social media content ideas using event photos and videos (e.g., TikToks, Instagram Reels, etc.)
Shoot and edit an event recap video
Please note: Event recap videos must meet OneBeat quality standards
If a video does not meet these standards, the Content Producer will be responsible for revising the edit following the event
The revision deadline will be determined and scheduled by the Social Media Coordinator
Manage and organize media submitted by Videographers
Select and upload standout photos from Photographers for the Social Media Coordinator
Step in to relieve the Photographer or Videographer of their duties when needed
Possess a basic understanding of shot composition, framing, and color balance to capture visually compelling photos and videos
Have working knowledge of video editing in Adobe Premiere Pro
Break down and properly store all video equipment at the conclusion of the event
