Job Description
Schylling Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to support their Specialty Sales team. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient order processing through the sales system, while also aiding in reporting, communication, and operational coordination within a fast-paced sales environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with weekly rep update communications
- Maintain rep contact records and communication lists
- Prepare PowerPoint materials for sales updates and meetings
- Prepare reports using NetSuite, Excel, and Datarails
- Utilize Excel pivot tables to support reporting and analysis
- Assist the Director of Specialty Sales with sales reporting and documentation
- Identify trends, inconsistencies, or opportunities within sales data
- Compare trade show order lists with NetSuite records to confirm all show orders are entered and accounted for
- Identify discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
- Assist with daily Syncware monitoring and push orders
- Provide backup support for system-related tasks including B2B requests, MarketTime orders, and sales inbox monitoring
- Coordinate buying group promotions and programs
- Allocate product for buying group catalog selections
- Manage showroom samples and maintain current product displays
- Coordinate showroom product presentation for seasonal markets and trade shows
- Proofread the Summer Supplement and Annual Catalog
- Assist with catalog production and distribution tasks
- Distribute monthly discontinued item lists to rep principals
- Send seasonal materials including price lists, spec sheets, digital catalogs, and promotions
- Assist customers and reps with locating high-resolution product images
- Coordinate image requests through the Image Bank
- Research social media, retail websites, and industry sources to monitor trends and competitor activity
- Track customer feedback regarding Schylling, NeeDoh, and competitor brands
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative, sales support, or customer service roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and data organization
- Strong research and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced seasonal sales environment tied to trade shows and market cycles
- Occasional domestic travel for seasonal shows or trade events
- Must possess a customer focused mindset and collaborative attitude
- Ability to work in our North Andover office, three days per week
- High School Diploma or GED required
- BA or BS in business, marketing, or similar field preferred
- Experience with NetSuite, Datarails, or sales reporting systems preferred
