Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. DELSEY PARIS is the fastest growing Travel Goods Brand in the US, seeking an Ecommerce Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations and growth of their North America D2C website. The role involves site merchandising, digital marketing coordination, and ecommerce operations to enhance the online customer experience and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage product setup and updates within Shopify, including product information, images, pricing, and collections
- Assist with website merchandising to ensure products and promotions are properly represented across key pages
- Support homepage updates, promotional banners, and landing page execution
- Monitor site performance and identify opportunities to improve the online shopping experience
- Assist with QA and testing for new website features and updates
- Coordinate with external agencies managing paid media, email, and SMS campaigns
- Assist in preparing campaign assets, landing pages, and promotional updates
- Support execution of digital marketing initiatives across Meta, Google, TikTok, and affiliate channels
- Help ensure marketing campaigns are accurately reflected on-site
- Support performance tracking across ecommerce and marketing channels
- Assist with reporting using GA4, Shopify Analytics, and Looker Studio dashboards
- Monitor key ecommerce metrics including conversion rate, traffic, revenue, and AOV
- Help identify insights that support optimization and growth initiatives
- Assist with documentation and process improvements to help scale ecommerce operations
- Support ongoing initiatives to automate manual workflows and improve efficiency
- Participate in projects related to website improvements and platform enhancements, including an upcoming website redesign
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels including paid media, SEO, email, and affiliate marketing
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with Shopify or other ecommerce platforms
- Familiarity with Klaviyo or email marketing platforms
- Experience using analytics tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, or Shopify Analytics
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software

- Ease of integration into teams and strong relational skills
- Maintains regular communication with management, customers, internal teams and suppliers
- Demonstrates an ability to convince and make decisions
