PURE Insurance is a member-owned property and casualty insurer focused on providing exceptional service to financially successful families. The Member Services Associate role involves responding to member inquiries and providing support for billing, policy changes, and online portal assistance.
Responsibilities
- Quickly respond to member inquiries via phone, email text and live chat, making it easy for them to work with us
- Provide support for billing inquiries, policy changes, renewal inquiries, and our online portal with ease and accuracy
Skills
- Ability to switch between multiple applications to complete tasks
- Strong memory for details and ability to prioritize competing tasks
- Critical thinking skills to solve problems
- Experience in customer service roles, such as in a restaurant, school, or retail store
- Clear communication skills, both over the phone and in writing
- Integrity and a strong work ethic
Benefits
