Array is a financial innovation platform that helps digital brands, financial institutions, and fintechs get compelling consumer products to market faster. The Lead Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project planning and delivery, managing multiple projects, and collaborating with various departments to ensure successful execution.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for project planning and delivery, including managing multiple concurrent complex projects, collaborating within and across departments to flawlessly execute against projects, processes, and high priority projects for a technology platform that securely collects and shares financial health data
- Monitor performance metrics to understand where roadblocks or bottlenecks exist for delivery teams, identify delivery risks early, and develop mitigation strategies
- Work with important partners to develop a clear understanding of a business need, define the project goals, and ensure understanding of strategic goals
- Drive process improvement and work with the delivery team on deliverable tracking and impediments or delays
- Manage multiple partners, aligning on common goals and communicating risks
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Twelve (12) months of experience in job offered, technical project management, or related occupation
- In lieu of a bachelor's plus 12 months of experience, the company will accept three (3) years of experience in job offered, technical project management, or related occupation
- At least 12 months of experience managing multiple technical and concurrent projects, including working toward project dependencies and within a software development environment or hardware implementation cycle
- At least 12 months of experience in project or program management, requirements definition, or deployment of business requirements to information systems
- Experience with software development processes, Scrum, Kanban, Agile methodology practices, and components of software release process, including development, documentation, and quality assurance
- Experience with technical concepts, architectures, APIs, financial technology or embedded finance products, and fintech software tools, workflows or platforms
