Refer.IO is a fast-growing wellness franchise looking for a part-time B2B Customer Success Specialist. The role involves providing friendly support to franchise owners, organizing FAQs, hosting group calls, and guiding new franchise owners through their onboarding process.
Responsibilities
- Be the friendly first point of contact for our franchise owners when they need help or get stuck
- Help us take the most common questions and turn them into a helpful FAQ library so owners can find answers faster
- Help us schedule and co-host our weekly group Zoom calls where owners share ideas and get advice
- Guide brand new franchise owners through their first 90 days using our step-by-step checklist
- Help us reply to people who are interested in buying a franchise and answer their basic questions
Skills
- You're Patient: You know how to listen to someone who is frustrated and help them find a solution
- You're Organized: You can juggle a few different conversations at once without losing track of who needs what
- You're Good with Computers: You don't need to be a tech genius, but you're comfortable learning new software (and we'll even teach you some cool new AI tools to make your job easier!)
