Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Bridgepoint Consulting, an Addison Group Company, is a leading management consulting firm that helps companies throughout their business lifecycle. They are seeking a NetSuite Consultant for their Managed Services group to support multiple customers across various workstreams in managed services agreements, focusing on customer onboarding, training, and ongoing project support.
Responsibilities
- Assist with new customer on-boarding
- Participate in knowledge transfer activities from project(s) and implementation(s)
- Participate in the creation of training/support documentation
- Drive end-user training to promote user adoption
- Partner with business administrators and SMEs to ensure long-term customer success
- Efficient and timely customer communication
- Escalate customer needs
- Perform tasks for on-going projects in a timely manner
- Respond to incoming ticket requests in a timely manner
- Ensure ticket resolutions are properly documented and communicated to customers
- Evaluate root cause and work with SMEs to develop solutions for client break/fix requests
- Identify optimization opportunities within client instances
- Support customers with instance strategy and maintenance
- Support customers via resource training
- Build reports, saved searches and dashboards that provide comprehensive and forward-looking Business Intelligence
- Provide consulting expertise utilizing industry experience, apply best practices, and leverage a pragmatic mindset to facilitate clients’ most complex requirements
Skills
- 1-3 years of NetSuite administration or consulting experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Computer Science, or other related disciplines
- Passionate about understanding and solving challenging problems
- Process-minded; enjoys getting on a whiteboard to draw out process flows
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Office Suite products, especially Excel
- Must be willing to travel 5% on average throughout the year (but typically less)
- Experience with Advanced Revenue Management a plus
- Previous experience working with enterprise applications is preferred, such as Intacct, INFOR, QuickBooks, Great Plains, Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Epicor or similar
