Job Description

Responsibilities

Build robust, scalable features using React Native and Swift for our clinical applications
Participate in code review processes to learn best practices and maintain high coding standards across the team
Actively learn from senior developers and contribute to technical discussions and solution design
Assist with technical support for production issues, including troubleshooting and debugging under guidance
Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Contribute to technical documentation for systems and processes

Skills

1+ years of professional software development experience, specifically with mobile application development in an iOS environment
Proficiency in React Native
Eagerness to learn and grow as a developer
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Eagerness to work with AI
Proficiency in Swift
Proficiency with Cursor, Copilot, and/or Claude
Familiarity with GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines
Experience using AI coding tools
Experience with Apple Enterprise or internal App Store deployment
Healthcare technology or regulated industry experience
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification
