Job Description

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Yosemite Consulting is a California-based digital media agency specializing in persuasion campaigns for progressive political causes. The Associate Account Manager, Campaigns will support the client services team in executing digital media campaigns that drive political and civic engagement initiatives.


Responsibilities

  • Assist department staff in executing client campaign objectives, ensuring smooth delivery of services
  • Serve as the supporting communication liaison between external partners and internal production teams
  • Coordinate and organize the delivery and receipt of creative assets from partner agencies
  • Leverage our internal work management software to keep internal teams organized and projects on track
  • Monitor daily campaign performance, identify trends, and communicate insights to the team
  • Act as the final point of quality control (QC) to ensure all deliverables are accurate and meet high standards
  • Assist with department administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, note-taking, invoicing, financial tracking, and preparing contact reports
  • Limited C-suite administrative support as required

Skills

  • 1–2 years of experience in a client-facing position (internships included); prior experience in advertising or an agency environment is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite apps (Sheets, Docs, Forms)
  • Strong interest in emerging media, communication strategies, and progressive politics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple project deadlines simultaneously
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience of equal value to the company
  • Proficiency in design software (Photoshop, Canva, etc) not a requirement, but a plus
