Job Description
J2E Technology LLC is a Women/Veteran-Owned Small Business that has been driving innovation and efficiency in digital engineering since 2015. They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Success Team Member to support client implementations and ensure successful solution delivery while collaborating with customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Translate customer needs into structured use cases, user stories, and clear, testable acceptance criteria
- Develop detailed functional requirements for the development and configuration teams
- Ensure all requirements are complete, traceable, and aligned with defined business outcomes
- Maintain implementation schedules and milestone tracking to ensure timely delivery
- Document meeting minutes, key decisions, and action items to ensure clarity and accountability
- Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Clarify and refine user stories to ensure development readiness
- Coordinate and/or lead sprint demonstrations of completed functionality
- Validate delivered solutions against defined acceptance criteria prior to release
- Coordinate and support End User Acceptance (EUA) testing, ensuring stakeholders formally validate delivered functionality before production release
- Capture end-user feedback and translate enhancements or adjustments into prioritized backlog items
- Support the development of user documentation, training materials, and enablement resources as needed
- Recommend Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and configuration management best practices
- Apply structured thinking aligned with CM2/CMII principles (helpful but not required)
- Promote scalable, maintainable system configuration approaches that support long-term growth and sustainability
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in: Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience working in customer-facing roles within technology, software implementation, or systems engineering environments
- Must possess an active Secret security clearance
- Strong ability to translate business needs into structured requirements and user stories
- Experience participating in Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients
- Must possess an active Secret security clearance
- Experience with PLM systems or enterprise configuration platforms
- Familiarity with CM2/CMII principles
- Experience coordinating user acceptance testing
- Understanding of federal or regulated environments is a plus
