Job Description

Savant Wealth Management is a trusted advisor in the financial services sector, focusing on wealth management and investment strategies. The M&A Due Diligence & Integration Coordinator will support the firm's acquisition strategy, managing due diligence processes and ensuring smooth integration for newly acquired advisory firms.


Responsibilities

  • Support M&A due diligence efforts by coordinating information requests, organizing documentation, and managing workflows within DealRoom and related data room platforms
  • Attend diligence and integration planning meetings; capture key findings, risks, decisions, and follow‑ups
  • Maintain diligence checklists, issue logs, and timelines across multiple concurrent transactions
  • Assist in synthesizing diligence findings into clear, actionable summaries for internal stakeholders
  • Support the day‑to‑day execution of post‑merger integration (PMI) activities for newly acquired advisory firms
  • Maintain onboarding and integration project plans, trackers, and status reporting
  • Monitor progress across workstreams and proactively flag risks, blockers, or dependencies
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional partners (Operations, Compliance, Technology, HR, Marketing, Finance) to ensure smooth handoffs and clear accountability
  • Draft and support clear, timely communications for newly onboarded partner firms
  • Help sequence and distribute onboarding updates so partners understand what’s changing, when, and why
  • Translate operational, compliance, or technical details into clear, accessible language for non‑technical audiences
  • Support the ongoing organization and optimization of DealRoom, including request lists, templates, permissions, and tracking
  • Identify opportunities to improve diligence and integration workflows, documentation, and templates
  • Build and refine repeatable tools (checklists, onboarding guides, communication templates) to scale across transactions
  • Perform targeted research and light analysis to support integration and decision‑making

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, communications, operations, analytics, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time-management habits
  • Clear, practical writing and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Zoom)
  • Quick to learn new systems and platforms
  • Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion
  • Willing to ask questions, take initiative, and improve how things are done
  • Internship or early experience in project coordination, operations, consulting, onboarding, or diligence support
  • Exposure to wealth management, RIA environments, M&A, or integrations
  • Experience with DealRoom or similar data room / project tools
