Job Description
RISE Partnership is dedicated to supporting caregivers and public service workers through various workforce solutions. The Data and Systems Analyst will work within the Technology team to design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade solutions, focusing on system integrations and automation frameworks to support operational programs.
Responsibilities
- Creates, configures, and optimizes Salesforce objects, metadata, automation logic, and access models
- Builds scalable solutions using flows, validation rules, platform automation, and API-driven integrations
- Provides support for complex system issues and root-cause analysis
- Collaborates on design, implements, and maintains integrations between Salesforce, data systems, and enterprise applications using APIs, middleware, and custom connectors
- Builds reusable frameworks for data movement, system orchestration, and event-driven processes
- Creates and collaborates on Power Automate flows, custom connectors, and automation logic to streamline business processes
- Participates in and/or leads technical discovery workshops to understand business processes and translate them into architectural designs
- Designs automation solutions that meet enterprise availability, scalability, and maintainability requirements
- Collaborates on broader automation strategy and governance within the organization

Skills
- Familiarity SQL skills
- Expertise in Salesforce
- Proficiency in Power Platforms
- Familiarity in Jotform administration and integration
- Ability to design and build integrations to applications as needed
- Familiarity with cloud ETL solutions, Matillion preferred
- Familiarity with cloud data warehouse solutions, Snowflake preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to translate business stakeholder needs into technical, automated solutions
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Attention to detail and understanding of how applications and workflows relate to larger initiatives
- Ability to work on multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Self-motivation and advanced problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities

- 1-3 years' experience working with teams to translate business needs to technical solutions
- 1-3 years' Salesforce experience including automations, workflows and custom objects
- 1-3 years' Power Platform experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar discipline
