PwC Canada is a community of solvers tackling the worldโs most important problems. As a Full-time Associate in their Tax practice, you will provide advice and guidance on tax planning and compliance, helping clients navigate complex tax regulations and optimise their tax positions.
Responsibilities
- Providing advice and guidance to clients on tax planning, compliance, and strategy
- Helping businesses navigate complex tax regulations and optimise their tax positions
- Providing advice and guidance to clients on structuring their global tax positions
- Analysing international tax laws and regulations to develop strategies that optimise tax efficiency and minimise risks for multinational businesses
- Gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies and contributing to work that matters
- Building relationships and gaining hands-on experience with digital tax tools
- Participating in national upskilling programs designed to help build future-ready capabilities in data, technology, and business acumen
Skills
- Enrolled in post-secondary education and working to obtain the US CPA required prerequisite courses
- An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work
- A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate new ideas
- Highly detail oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills; an ability to think broadly and to ask questions about data, facts and other information to deliver quality to our clients
- Share and collaborate effectively with others, building relationships which are genuine and rooted in trust
- Ability to easily adapt and prioritize, demonstrating project management skills to handle changing priorities

- This role requires that you are legally entitled to work for PwC in Canada for the intended duration of the offer/contract
