The Sales Development Representative will play a critical role in expanding the B2B sales pipeline through strategic outbound campaigns and engaging with key decision-makers to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute strategic outbound campaigns via cold calling, email, and social media to connect with key decision-makers
- Drive top-of-funnel growth by initiating sales conversations and developing a strong top of funnel pipeline for Account Executives
- Use Salesforce, Salesloft, and other sales tools to build prospect lists, craft messaging, execute outreach, and track your results
- Conduct value-driven conversations with prospects, focusing on their needs and how Justworks can solve their unique problems
- Master Justworks and the PEO industry, becoming an expert on market trends and competition
Skills
- Ability to research and identify target prospects. This isn't just about calling a list. It's about using various tools to find the right people at the right companies and understanding their business needs
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and social media. You should be ready to jump on the phone and engage with new people every day
- Communicate clearly and concisely, especially when it comes to complicated topics. You can break it down into simple terms people can understand
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM is a plus
