Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Campus4Tech is seeking a CRM Administrator (Salesforce) to join their team. The role involves managing users and permissions within Salesforce, supporting data maintenance, and assisting in the creation of reports and dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing users, roles, profiles, and access permissions within Salesforce
- Support data maintenance activities such as data entry, cleaning, deduplication, and imports using tools like Data Loader
- Help create and maintain reports and dashboards for sales, marketing, and support teams
- Troubleshoot basic user issues and provide first-level support for Salesforce-related queries
- Assist in configuring standard features like objects, fields, page layouts, and simple automation (Flows)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and support system improvements or enhancements
