Job Description
Informa TechTarget is a leader in B2B technology, seeking a detail-oriented Deal Desk Associate to join their Order Management department. The role involves reviewing contracts at the pre-sale stage, managing the contract process, and ensuring compliance for successful campaign delivery.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic and tactical business partner to Sales team to facilitate deals
- Ensure proper order documentation and terms before system entry and order approval
- Review and approve client-generated SOWs, PO's and IOs to support sale of media and related products to ensure compliance with company standards
- Ability to develop a thorough understanding of processes, product offerings, and appropriate terms and conditions, including but not limited to: Pricing models and discounting Revenue Recognition Approvals collection
- Coordinate completion of vendor procurement processes
- Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with different internal teams involved in the campaign lifecycle (Sales enablement, Finance and Legal departments, Sales Management, and Products)
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1 to 2+ years of relevant experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Understanding of contracts management and commercial contracts review/support including experience working with IronClad or other CLMs
- Ability to organize and solve requests in a queue
- Detail-oriented and extremely reliable β team player
- Possesses a sense of urgency as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Accurate data entry skills
- Problem solving ability
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently
- Experience with Salesforce Cases helpful, but not required
