They are seeking a Marketing Support Representative to assist with updates to marketing websites and digital content, ensuring that all information is accurate and up to date.
Responsibilities
- Update staff photos, team pages, and landing pages
- Upload and embed videos (testimonials, FAQs, banners)
- Add awards, certifications, and other content
- Make simple mobile display or formatting adjustments
- Assist with basic content creation using AI tools
- Create and update Jotforms and Typeforms
- Add forms to websites and troubleshoot submission issues
Skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Excellent written communication skills
- Comfortable working with online tools and website editors
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Experience utilizing AI tools for marketing or content tasks
- WordPress experience
- Canva experience
- Experience with form builders like Jotform or Typeform
- Basic understanding of marketing processes
