The Graphic Designer & E‑Merchandising Assistant Manager plays a critical role in delivering a best‑in‑class eCommerce experience by creating and optimizing high‑quality digital assets while supporting e‑merchandising content operations.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce digital assets for eCommerce PDPs and marketing placements, including product imagery, lifestyle assets, site banners, brand shop assets, and email placements
- Resize, adapt, and optimize assets across multiple retailer specifications while maintaining brand consistency and visual excellence
- Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines, retailer standards, and best‑in‑class eCommerce design practices
- Own asset creation workflows and trackers, ensuring timely delivery, accuracy, and version control
- Partner closely with US and global brand teams to translate creative direction into effective eCommerce visuals
- Design visually compelling PowerPoint slides for leadership and cross‑functional audiences, translating insights, performance data, and strategies into clear, on‑brand visual storytelling
- Audit, manage, and optimize content across US retailer digital product pages, including assets, videos, enhanced content, copy, user‑generated content, and ratings and reviews
- Manage new item set-up forms and support streamlined content submissions across US retailers
- Collaborate with US and global brand liaisons to ensure alignment with retailer requirements and content needs, sharing US learnings for best‑practice development
- Maintain and utilize PDP content implementation trackers, ensuring deadlines are met and escalating risks when necessary
- Manage and maintain asset libraries for marketing exposures, sampling, and GWP across brands
- Assist with Go‑To‑Market activation decks and leadership presentations, elevating content through strong visual design and storytelling
- Partner with senior stakeholders to visually translate insights, performance metrics, trends, and competitive analysis into impactful, easy‑to‑digest slides
- Analyze and present findings on content performance, conversion, engagement, AB testing, consumer sentiment, and competitive benchmarks
- Identify emerging trends in eCommerce content and design, translating insights into actionable improvements
- Support ongoing vendor management related to content creation, syndication, ratings and reviews, and digital shelf analytics
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related design field
- Strong graphic design skillset with hands‑on experience creating digital assets
- Proficiency in industry‑standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong PowerPoint design skills with the ability to visually communicate data, insights, and strategies for leadership audiences
- Experience turning data and insights into clear visual narratives, including charts, layouts, and summaries
- Strong project management and organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
- Strong collaboration and cross‑functional relationship‑building skills
- Ownership mentality with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Proactive, solution‑oriented, and comfortable working independently
- 1–2+ years of experience in beauty or prestige brands
- Experience in eCommerce, digital merchandising, or user experience
- Familiarity with retailer PDP requirements and digital asset specifications
- Experience supporting executive‑level or leadership presentations
