Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Lennox is a leading provider of climate-control solutions with a legacy of 130 years in HVAC and refrigeration. The role involves developing new prospects and interacting with existing customers to increase sales of products and services remotely, ensuring high post-sales satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
- Qualifies, pursues, and closes opportunities for Commercial customers from Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) identified by lead generation
- Develops a strategy for generating revenue based on the assigned account list
- Selects the correct products or assists customers in making product selections based on customers' needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations
- Works on revitalizing dormant relationships with significant upside potential
- Monitors customer market spend and relationship with Lennox, identifying high-potential accounts for promotion to the District segment
- Coordinates with the Territory Manager to ensure smooth handoff of customers moving from Inside to Field coverage
- Negotiates prices and terms of sales and service agreements
- Ensures high post-sales satisfaction, fostering positive long-term relationships and strong potential for repeat business
Skills
- Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Requires at least 1 year of related experience
- Requires strong abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating, and managing time
- Requires knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services
- Knows principles and processes for providing customer service
- Effective in written and verbal communication
- Requires intermediate industry and product knowledge
- Must be able to use Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software
