Job Description
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Twin Health is a company focused on improving and preventing chronic metabolic diseases through AI Digital Twin technology. They are seeking a data-driven Analyst to join their Health Economics and Outcomes Research team, where the individual will support the development of health economic models and translate clinical outcomes into financial narratives.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, maintenance, and execution of health economic models (e.g., Budget Impact Models and Cost-Effectiveness Analyses)
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in business intelligence tools to support decision-making and to translate business questions into clear metrics
- Use SQL to pull and clean data from product and clinical datasets to be used as inputs for economic models
- Build and update dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to health outcomes and cost savings for our partners
- Support literature reviews and evidence synthesis to identify variables and benchmarks for economic modeling
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Partner Success teams to provide the data-driven 'proof points' needed to communicate Twinβs value proposition
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within our reporting ecosystem through rigorous testing and validation
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- 1β3 years of experience in data analysis, health economics, or a related field (relevant internships or academic projects are welcomed)
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel (advanced formulas/modeling) is required
- Ability to distill complex data into clear, concise insights for internal stakeholders
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available at this time)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Lightdash) and an interest in learning economic modeling software
- A degree in Economics, Public Health, Statistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field is preferred
- A strong curiosity for how clinical improvements (like lowering HbA1c) translate into economic savings for employers and insurers
