Job Description

OB Hospitalist Group (OBHG) is the nation’s largest provider of customized obstetric hospitalist programs, celebrating 20 years of pioneering excellence in women's healthcare. The Recruiting Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining a high-volume pipeline of qualified clinical talent, focusing on developing strategic sourcing initiatives and collaborating with internal partners to enhance recruiting processes.


Responsibilities

  • Source and identify qualified clinical candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Execute sourcing strategies to support a consistent pipeline of candidates at the top of the recruitment funnel
  • Manage job postings and sourcing campaigns across platforms, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and present qualified candidates to recruiting partners
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Research and identify new sourcing channels, partnerships, and outreach opportunities
  • Participate in projects to improve recruiting processes, tools, and technology

Skills

  • Experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition support
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and Indeed
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and data accuracy
  • Effective communication skills and ability to engage candidates professionally
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in healthcare or clinical recruiting
