In this role, you will collaborate with Agile teams to design and deliver digital solutions, translating business needs into actionable insights and driving mission success through innovation.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with an Agile development team to design and deliver digital solutions that empower stakeholders and advance critical missions
- Translate business needs into actionable insights, explore emerging technology trends, and create intuitive, user-focused digital experiences
- Shape innovative digital solutions, including applications, websites, systems, and products
- Work closely with key stakeholders to understand mission requirements and operational challenges
- Leverage knowledge of DoD processes, including technical data, aircraft maintenance, program management, logistics, contract management, and IT compliance, to deliver solutions that meet strategic objectives
- Use tools like MS O365, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Jira, and Balsamiq to drive tactical planning and ensure seamless execution
Skills
- Experience with stakeholder management and requirements gathering
- Experience using Microsoft Office 365 Suite
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and best practices
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Experience with data or business analysis, process automation, UI/UX, or artificial intelligence
- Knowledge of Agile ceremonies, maintaining product and backlog artifacts, and leveraging Agile processes to improve team efficiency and project delivery
- Ability to apply frameworks aligned to digital transformation efforts in the public sector
- Ability to craft and deliver a compelling narrative to influence action on key business decisions and major change initiatives

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in SharePoint management
- Experience with AI LLMs such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT
- Knowledge of Air Force aircraft acquisition and sustainment processes
- Ability to demonstrate adaptability and curiosity
- Possession of excellent problem-solving skills
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
