TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is a growing company looking for a full-time Customer Sales Representative who excels in delivering exceptional service. The role involves providing friendly, solution-focused service, managing move estimates, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the moving process.
Responsibilities
- Be the voice of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® — providing friendly, solution-focused service via phone, emails, and chats
- Recommend moving services and products tailored to each customer's needs
- Create accurate, detailed move estimates and manage scheduling in our system
- Follow up with customers during and after their move — because we care
- Help gather feedback and resolve any concerns with professionalism and care
- Handle administrative tasks and documentation with precision
Skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent communication skills — you're a great listener and confident speaker
- Strong data entry and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging in consultative sales
- Highly organized with strong time management
- Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
- Committed to integrity and customer-first service
- Bilingual is a plus!
