The CRM Data Coordinator plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate and organized CRM data to support various teams within the company, ensuring high-quality data drives marketing strategies and insights.
Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain CRM records for projects, pursuits, clients, partners, and employees
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data by reviewing records with project and marketing teams
- Maintain consistent formatting, naming conventions, and supporting documentation in the CRM
- Track and resolve missing or incomplete data by coordinating with internal team members
- Assist with routine data audits, cleanup initiatives, and ongoing data quality improvements
- Run standard CRM reports and prepare data for Marketing and Business Development review
- Support recurring reporting schedules and updates
- Follow established CRM standards, workflows, and procedures; help document processes as needed
- Respond to routine CRM data requests and inquiries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project and pursuit information
- Participate in CRM and process-related training
Skills
- 0–2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, marketing coordination, or a related role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with structured data
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Ability to follow defined processes and manage repetitive tasks efficiently
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently or collaboratively
- Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and best practices
- Exposure to CRM systems (Deltek or similar) preferred
- Experience in professional services (AEC, consulting, etc.) preferred
- Interest in marketing operations, business development, or data management preferred
