OceanMD, a WELL Health Company, is the leading provider of EMR-integrated Patient Engagement and eReferral tools in Canada. They are seeking an Integration Analyst to support public-sector clients and technology partners in integrating with Ocean’s HL7 FHIR-based solutions, troubleshoot issues, and maintain technical documentation.
Responsibilities
- Field all support tickets and troubleshoot issues for public-sector clients and technology partners
- Provide solutions to integration challenges with Ocean’s HL7 FHIR-based solutions
- Support FHIR APIs and address technical inquiries
- Champion best practices and ensure adherence to standards
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation
Skills
- Technical experience in software development or support
- Knowledge of REST API design principles
- Familiarity with authorization and authentication frameworks
- Experience working on a client-facing technical support desk
- Ability to write technical documentation
- Exposure to technology within the healthcare industry
- Familiarity with HL7 FHIR standards and specifications
- Flexible and effective communication and conflict-management skills
- Ability to translate technical instructions for a non-technical audience
- Empathy and urgency in responding to clients' needs
- Ability to prioritize issues to meet deadlines
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Curiosity and a continuous pursuit of knowledge
- Ability to understand the root cause of technical issues
