Job Description
Manulife is a leading international financial services provider, helping people make decisions easier and lives better. The Business Intelligence Operations Associate will support the sales organization by delivering accurate reporting and operational support, assisting with core operations for sales teams and key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver reporting to our sales teams, key stakeholders and strategic partner firms using our BI Tool suite (Power BI, CRM Analytics, Excel)
- Provide timely, customized ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support sales leadership and decision-making on strategic initiatives
- Assist with the sales organization compensation process, including monthly & quarterly incentives and claw back procedures
- Create and configure Salesforce campaigns to support events, webinars, marketing initiatives that lead to increased sales team outreach efforts
- Aid with trade reconciliation efforts to ensure that transactions are attributed accurately and in a timely manner
- Support sales leadershipβs territory planning initiatives by modeling scenarios and implementing new strategies within our territory management tool (SS&C SalesConnect)
- Partner with sales leaders to facilitate advisor transitions, ensuring accurate coverage across territories, teams, and platforms
- Maintain and update Salesforce data sources, ensuring timely and accurate information for reporting for our end users
Skills
- College Degree with at least 1 to 2 years of business experience
- Proficient with BI Tools, particularly Excel, Power BI, CRM Analytics or Tableau
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM software and territory admin platforms
- Analytical thinker, inquisitive by nature
- Detail orientated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
