[Remote] Associate, Team Design

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Huge is a design and technology company that creates products and experiences for ambitious brands. They are seeking an Associate Team Designer to support project staffing and resource management, ensuring effective communication and data analysis within the Team Design team.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Team Design Team to assign projects with appropriate resources promptly and accurately within the resource management system
• Responsible for a variety of weekly reports on timesheets and productivity
• Clearly communicate policies and procedures as they relate to Team Design and reporting
• Understand utilization trends and forecasts and help the Team Design Team analyze this data
• Maintain and provide information about current projects and potential future projects as well as support the team and department with any special projects that come up

Skills

• Experience in an administrative or coordination role in a creative agency environment, or other similar role
• Someone who can take on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This means excellent time management skills, strong follow-up and an attention to detail, all with minimal direction
• Excellent data skills, with proficiency in Google Sheets, Data Visualization and Excel
• Strong follow-through and attention to detail in an almost annoying capacity
• Strategic, forward thinking planning and problem-solving skills
• Experience using data to tell stories, specifically with Keynote and Google Slides
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team-oriented matrix environment, with excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• A genuine love for working with people and finding creative solutions to complex problems. You hold yourself to high standards when it comes to being a good team player and you understand when to lead and when to follow
