Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Sales Factory is a leading company in B2B sales, partnering with high-growth firms to enhance their revenue pipelines. As a Business Development Representative, you will identify potential customers, engage in conversations, and set up meetings for clients’ sales teams, with comprehensive training provided to support your growth in tech sales.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads who fit our clients’ target markets
- Reach out to prospects through email, phone, and LinkedIn to start meaningful conversations
- Engage with both English- and French-speaking prospects across multiple markets
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for our clients’ Account Executives
- Learn to use industry-leading sales tools and CRMs
- Collaborate with your team to test new messaging, refine strategies, and celebrate wins together
- Bring energy, curiosity, and a positive attitude to every day — because we’re all about learning and improving
Skills
- Professional fluency in English is required
- Post-secondary education
- Strong communication skills, you're comfortable talking to people and building rapport quickly
- A self-starter attitude, you take initiative and enjoy solving problems
- Interest in technology, business, and sales — you want to understand how companies grow
- A growth mindset — you're curious, coachable, and eager to learn
- Fluency in French is strongly preferred
- Preference will be given to fully bilingual candidates, as this role supports French-speaking customers and prospects across Quebec and Eastern Canada
