Job Description
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RemoteHunter is connecting candidates with a healthcare organization focused on reducing healthcare costs through technology and innovation. The Talent HCM Associate will support the Oracle Fusion HCM program by managing documentation, tracking project tasks, and assisting with user testing and training, playing a key role in project execution and compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings, including cross-functional check-ins and milestone reviews
- Manage calendars, logistics, and project documentation
- Assist with data collection, preparation, and validation for system implementation
- Support user acceptance testing by tracking results, logging issues, and monitoring resolutions
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, demos, and working sessions
- Maintain project intake logs, issue trackers, action items, and stakeholder lists
- Assist in creating training materials, user guides, and process documentation
- Participate in feedback and continuous improvement discussions
- Communicate effectively across departments and project teams
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned; responsibilities may evolve based on project needs
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Talent, operations, or systems support
- Interest in Talent technology and enterprise systems
- Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive data with discretion
- Bachelor's degree preferred
