As a Pricing Analyst, you will analyze data to provide actionable pricing insights and support commercial teams in pricing discussions and contract performance. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure pricing accuracy and compliance while enhancing operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Proactively collaborates with internal teams/departments to promote a culture of inclusiveness and cooperation

- Build deal analyses and profitability reviews, including scenario modeling, value-adds structures, product mix, margin impact summaries, and ASP comparisons to support proposals, contracts, and pricing requests
- Provide dataâdriven insights on internal and external factors influencing pricing decisions across key accounts, SSO partners, and GPOs
- Contribute to customerâfacing and internal presentations by delivering clear insights that communicate value, performance, and pricing rationale
- Communicate pricing impacts clearly and confidently across teams to enable informed commercial decisionâmaking
- Maintain and enhance dashboards and reports supporting pricing insights, and other key commercial indicators
- Validate datasets to ensure pricing systems and BI analytics remain accurate, consistent, and reliable
- Maintain and deliver contractâlevel performance insights, including profitability, pricing compliance, and accountâlevel trends
- Provide accurate adâhoc reporting for leadership, tracking key pricing measures, and recommending improvements where data reveals opportunities
- Perform structured verification checks before any price load to prevent margin erosion and ensure accuracy and compliance
- Understand procurement processes at hospital, regional, provincial, and national buyingâgroup levels to ensure pricing aligns with regulatory and contractual requirements
- Prepare accurate, policyâcompliant pricing packages and route them through the required approval workflow
- Maintain the integrity of pricing governance by partnering with Commercial to identify discrepancies, strengthening compliance and customer confidence
- Provide adâhoc operational support by assisting with the pricing inbox, and performing pricing updates with accuracy, compliance, and timely execution as operational needs arise
- Maintain complete, auditâready documentation, including pricing analyses, approvals, and communication records in accordance with retention and compliance requirements
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, data quality, and pricing accuracy
- Support major system initiatives and integrations as required
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by your Manager

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Finance, Math, Statistics or related field required
- 0â2+ years of pricing, statistical, analytical, commercial operations or related experience
- Strong data manipulation skills, including proficiency with Excel and Power BI and exposure to SQL/R/Python are an asset
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with all levels of management
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail
- Bilingual (English & French) preferred
- Professional certifications such as CMA, CGA, CA, or CPP (Certified Pricing Professional) preferred
