Advanced Sentry LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support high-volume hiring operations. This role is critical in delivering a seamless candidate experience while ensuring efficient coordination across hiring teams.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate phone, video, and onsite interviews with speed and accuracy
- Manage complex, high-volume scheduling across multiple teams
- Arrange candidate travel logistics and process expense reimbursements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
- Ensure a high-quality, professional candidate experience at every touchpoint
- Support onsite interview logistics and candidate hosting
- Provide administrative support to recruiting and corporate teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve recruiting processes
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, scheduling, or HR support
- Proven ability to manage high-volume interview scheduling
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience with G-Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams
