Job Description
Haute Custom Beauty is a luxury European skincare brand and facial spa known for its highly personalized treatments and advanced skincare technology. They are seeking an Operations & Finance Associate to support execution across operations, finance, and internal coordination, working directly with the founders.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with founders on priorities and projects
- Track open items and ensure execution
- Participate in cross-office meetings (U.S., Europe, Mexico)
- Translate discussions into structured to-do lists, timelines, and ownership
- Ensure decisions are executed and followed through
- Follow up with teams, vendors, and partners
- Coordinate across departments
- Support operations when needed, including: • Product shipments • Inventory and stock organization • Assisting at the spa during busy moments
- Follow up with accountants
- Track KPIs and reporting
- Support basic financial analysis
- Ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Identify delays and bottlenecks
- Maintain tracking systems
Skills
- 1–4 years in operations, finance, consulting, or similar
- Basic financial understanding
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organized and proactive
- Persistent in follow-ups
- Analytical and comfortable with numbers
- Hands-on and execution-driven
