The Markets Operations Analyst role involves supporting the trade lifecycle, ensuring efficient transaction processing, and collaborating with various teams to enhance client experience.


Responsibilities

  • Support key stages of the trade lifecycle, helping ensure transactions are processed accurately and efficiently on behalf of our clients
  • Investigate issues, analyze discrepancies, and work with teams across the business to deliver timely solutions
  • Perform essential checks that help safeguard our business, while contributing to process improvements, automation initiatives, and the adoption of new technologies
  • Work directly with internal teams and external clients to resolve queries, support trade processing, and ensure a smooth front‑to‑back experience
  • Develop a strong understanding of financial products, operational workflows, and the systems that enable global trading at scale
