They are seeking an Entry-level Customer Success Manager responsible for building strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention while utilizing the company's product or service.

- Combining customer support, account management, and proactive engagement to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth
Skills
- You must be able to work in the US without needing sponsorship/visa
- Be able to work in office or hybrid in NYC
- Excited by the opportunity to connect with mentors and get referred
- Strong relationship-building, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential
- Experience in account management, customer support, sales, training, and project management translates well into a Customer Success role
- Highly proactive and willing to learn
- Excellent communicators (written or verbally)
- Happy working in a fast-paced environment
- Natural relationship-builders
- Motivated and driven to achieve outcomes
- Backgrounds in consulting, SaaS, or marketing can also be valuable, especially if they involve helping clients achieve their goals
