Guardian Jobs is seeking a Drive Case Manager to provide Domestic Abuse case management interventions across Cleveland as part of the Drive Project. The role focuses on supporting high-risk perpetrators while ensuring the safety of victims through collaboration with multi-agency partners and adherence to national standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide Domestic Abuse case management interventions across Cleveland, as part of the Drive Project
- Support identification and suitable interventions with high harm, high risk Domestic Abuse Perpetrators through a combination of direct work, behaviour change and disrupt activities that enhances victim/survivor safety
- Work closely with multi-agency partner representatives to gather and disseminate information that informs and guides your work in alignment with national standards and best practice
- Foster positive working relationships and demonstrate a professional telephone manner
- Organise workloads and pay attention to detail

- Experience in case management interventions, particularly in Domestic Abuse
