Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Shipt is a company focused on retail media, and they are seeking a Retail Media Analyst to support their Sales Enablement team. The role involves analyzing data, creating reporting tools, and collaborating with various teams to optimize revenue streams.
Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Enablement arm of Shipt Media
- Pulling, analyzing, and defining data to create internal Sales Enablement content and Salesforce-driven reporting
- Work closely with Ad Revenue, Monetization, and Operations teams
- Optimize both direct and indirect revenue streams
- Leverage Salesforce and other tools to deliver reporting and dashboards
- Support strategic decision-making on pricing, media tactics, and broader revenue opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline workflows, drive operational efficiencies
- Ensure that Shipt’s retail media capabilities continue to evolve in a fast-changing marketplace
- Act as the primary architect for Salesforce configurations (fields, flows, and objects)
- Collaborate with the Measurement team to automate the delivery of campaign performance insights and ROI benchmarks to the Sales team
Skills
- Experience in retail media, digital advertising, or related fields (e.g., ad operations, ad sales)
- Strong Salesforce expertise, including building and manipulating dashboards, creating new fields, and optimizing workflows to support revenue reporting and ad execution
- Strong SQL skills, particularly for analytics and reporting
- Adept at spreadsheets (Google Sheets) and familiarity with Tableau and/or Thoughtspot
- Familiarity with third-party media tools (Criteo, Citrus Ads, Skai, Iterable)
- Strong communication and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Curiosity about data and a desire for continuous improvement of technical skillsets
