They are seeking an Outreach Coordination Manager to lead a team responsible for high-volume member outreach, aiming to enhance member engagement and conversion rates while ensuring a high-quality experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and develop the Outreach Coordinator team to deliver strong daily execution and consistent performance
- Set clear daily outreach expectations and conversion goals, and hold the team accountable to performance against them
- Monitor key funnel metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and refine call scripts, talk tracks, and objection-handling strategies to improve member engagement and conversion outcomes
- Review team performance regularly, deliver actionable coaching, and support ongoing skill development
- Provide weekly reporting and insights on experiment performance, including progress against key metrics and recommendations for optimization
- Partner closely with Member Services, Product, and other cross-functional teams to identify operational friction and improve the member journey
- Help build a disciplined, high-accountability team culture grounded in empathy, execution, and continuous improvement
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to members preparing to schedule imaging exams, convert member outreach into scheduled imaging appointments, and deliver a consistently high-quality member experience across every interaction
Skills
- Experience as an SDR/BDR team lead, inside sales team lead, or in another frontline outbound sales leadership role
- Proven experience managing high-volume outbound activity and driving performance against conversion goals
- Strong coaching and performance management skills, with the ability to develop early-career team members through clear feedback and accountability
- Comfortable using funnel metrics and activity data to diagnose issues, prioritize interventions, and improve outcomes
- Excellent communication skills and sound judgment in a fast-paced, highly execution-oriented environment
- Highly organized, operationally strong, and motivated by measurable performance improvement
