Job Description

CalPERS is the California Public Employees’ Retirement System, the nation’s largest public pension fund. They are seeking an Analyst I to provide technology support for investment functions and assist with the analysis and development of investment systems.

Responsibilities

Assist with the Personal Computer (PC) Contact function as part of the team to carry out the assigned tasks, such as assisting with analyzing requests from INVO staff and determining the appropriate process to complete various PC setups, software setups, system access modifications and distribution lists changes
Coordinate and collaborate with Information Technology Services Branch (ITSB), Financial Services, Desktop Support, and other INVO Divisions
Assist with providing administrative support to INVO, such as collection of technology system data for reporting purposes, internet research of products and uses, system development to advance information security
Perform research and analysis of current and proposed investment systems, tools, or data feeds to meet the needs of each asset class and provide evaluation to ITC management

Skills
