Franklin Templeton is advancing the investment industry by developing innovative ways to help clients achieve their goals. The Sales Associate will coordinate advisor meetings, support wholesalers, and manage territory tasks while ensuring compliance and maintaining client data.
Responsibilities
- You will coordinate advisor meetings and support the Wholesaler’s access to the territory
- You will plan roadshows, workshops, and appreciation events with marketing partners
- You will process sales practice requests while maintaining regulatory and internal compliance
- You will update and maintain accurate client data in the customer relationship management system
- You will respond to advisor inquiries and manage day‑to‑day territory tasks
- You will connect sales and marketing activities to maximize territory impact
- You will lead weekly team meetings to improve efficiency and consistency
- You will contribute to special projects and national programs
- You will attend or support local and national events as needed
Skills
- Degree or diploma in business or a related field
- 1–2 years of customer service experience
- Understanding of the mutual fund industry and Franklin Templeton products
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong communication and time‑management capabilities
- Ability to collaborate and lead by example
- Creativity, initiative, and drive to deliver strong results
- Interest in financial markets and ongoing professional development
- IFIC Mutual Funds Course or Canadian Securities Course (CSC) an asset
- Financial industry exposure preferred
