Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SourceCo is a technology-driven M&A advisory firm that connects business owners with private equity firms and institutional investors. They are seeking an SDR / M&A Analyst to engage with business owners and investors, identify acquisition targets, and contribute to client-facing materials.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach — phone and email — to business owners and executives at companies doing tens of millions in revenue
- Identify and qualify acquisition targets based on each client's investment criteria
- Build and maintain relationships with business owners who are considering a sale
- Work with our advisory team to develop industry knowledge quickly and translate it into intelligent conversations with prospects
- Keep our CRM updated with accurate pipeline data and detailed notes
- Conduct industry research and contribute to client-facing reports and materials
Skills

- Strong communication skills — you are articulate, professional, and persuasive
- Persistence and resilience — this is an outbound role and the ability to push through is essential
- Basic understanding of business and finance
- A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Comfort with technology and the ability to pick up new tools quickly
