Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Mindr is dedicated to being a force for good by providing substance use safety, detection, and monitoring products. The Bilingual Inside Sales Associate is responsible for closing and scheduling installations for leads received via phone from both English and Spanish speaking customers.
Responsibilities
- Handle warm leads, communicate with prospects in both English and Spanish (primarily via phone), close sales, and schedule installations (No Cold Calling)
- Build value in order to uncover needs and overcome objections
- Maintain minimum quality expectations
- Timely follow up on active prospect list
- Work with Sales Team management, on an ongoing basis, to improve performance
- Ability to understand the entire sales process, from lead creation to closing
- All other duties as assigned
Skills
- High School Diploma required
- 0-3 years of sales experience
- Ability to type 30+ wpm
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish languages
- Strong motivation and desire to control own income (commission-driven sales professionals)
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
