Acosta is a company specializing in consumer packaged goods, and they are seeking a Senior Category Insights Analyst. The role involves developing reports and providing actionable insights across teams, leveraging critical thinking and experience in Category Management and CPG.
Responsibilities
- Analyze internal, retailer, and syndicated data
- Create and maintain insight reports
- Support internal systems and daily Insight Team functions
- Support field and client teams
- Contribute to business growth
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 – 3 years of related experience
- Category Management and CPG experience required
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills - Excel, PowerPoint, etc
- Proficiency with Power BI
- Knowledge of Circana and Nielsen Discover
- Strong problem‑solving and workload management
- High accuracy, multitasking, and deadline adherence
- Proactive process improvement and strong communication
- Seeing
- Ability to Travel
- Listening
- Bachelor's Degree preferred (Math, Science, Business)
- Technical training in retail or insight analysis preferred
