Job Description
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Redis is a company that builds technology for fast applications used globally. They are seeking a Total Rewards Analyst to manage global benefits administration and support compensation strategies for their HR team.
Responsibilities
- Administer employee benefit programs globally, covering health & welfare benefits, including life, disability, accident, retirement, wellness and paid time off
- Support annual US open enrollment planning and execution, including employee communications and system updates
- Assist in managing the Leave of Absence programs in the US and partner with vendors on administration
- Collaborate with the Payroll and Finance teams on reporting, invoicing and data transmission
- Assist with audits, nondiscrimination testing and benefits-related filings, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local regulations
- Respond to employee benefit inquiries and provide guidance and education on plan offerings and eligibility
- Partner with cross-functional HR teams on the annual compensation cycle, from budget inception through delivery to employees
- Conduct market data activities including job matching, data analytics, job pricing, and survey data submission
- Provide support to the Talent Acquisition team and HR Business Partners on compensation-related activities such as new hire offers, promotions, etc
- Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for process and program improvements for the global Total Rewards strategy
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in compensation and benefits
- Experience in the analysis, design, and administration of global compensation and benefits programs
- Experience supporting global companies
- Proficiency with Excel, Google sheets, and HRIS systems
- Experience with compensation and benefits management tools and related systems
- Ability to embrace change and be effective in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks
- Mindset towards building foundations and creating efficiencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and directed
