As a Business Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for new customers, engaging them through automated outreach campaigns and leveraging advanced technology to drive qualified meetings.
Responsibilities
- Quickly jumping on inbound enquiries from Marketing Campaigns and turning them into exciting opportunities
- Working with the GTM Engineers to build, automated, compelling outreach campaigns in email and LinkedIn
- Executing signal-based outreach to stakeholders identified as ideal customers reaching them exactly when their tech stack or hiring signals show they need us
- Leverage our advanced tech stack to cut through the 'noise' of data and focus on crafting the perfect message for the right prospect
- Building out your social profile to become a go to resource for our prospects
- Relentlessly testing new messaging, outbound calling techniques to drive as many qualified meetings as possible
- Teaming up with our Product and Sales teams to continue growing your product knowledge
Skills
- Previous experience in a high growth preferably SaaS environment
- Growth Mindset - strong belief your abilities, intelligence and talents will be developed through effort, persistence and learning
- Cold calling master - enjoy picking up the phone speaking to prospects and improving your conversion rate every day
- Technology and AI Curiosity: have an interest and some hands on experience using the latest AI and prospecting tools to improve your results

- Coachable - constant improvement through feedback and experimentation, taking new ideas on board and being open to different ways of doing things
- Bonus points if you've worked with APIs, cloud-native platforms, AI-enabled systems, or open source, but curiosity matters most
