Job Description

Cardinal Health is a healthcare services and products company, and they are seeking an Inside Sales - Pharmaceutical Customer Sales Representative. This role is responsible for driving pharmaceutical generic product sales to independent retail pharmacies, creating new business partnerships, and strengthening relationships with current customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop rapport with pharmaceutical business partners
- Utilize sales tools to construct a sales pitch and close on sales opportunities
- Effectively utilize value statements and business questioning to gain customer knowledge
- Develop and leverage market awareness
- Collaborate with Inside Sales Representatives to develop and implement selling strategies to achieve budgeted goals
- Execute on targeted sales campaigns
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales metrics
- Meet monthly productivity expectations
- Field incoming sales opportunities
- Adapt daily coverage assignments as needed
Skills
- Spanish/English Bilingual, Required
- 1-2 years proven outside or inside sales experience preferred
- Strong process management, customer service, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Self-motivated to achieve goals
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
