Job Description
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Influential is seeking a Sales Coordinator to coordinate premier client accounts and work closely with their Midwest sales team. The role involves creating proposal collateral, understanding client needs, and assisting with operational tasks to ensure optimal campaign performance and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Create standard and custom proposal collateral leveraging our reporting
- Understand client needs and goals to ensure optimal campaign performance and client satisfaction
- Understand the specifics of the client ask, the keys to win, and any other parameters that will set up the proposal for success with a lean on client learnings
- Assist on all operational needs, including salesforce related reporting and client requests
- Follow Salesforce best practices and utilize dashboard reporting
- Continually learn about new products and leverage knowledge on pre-sale needs
- Assist Operations Team with influencer selection
- Participate in weekly meetings, sales and product trainings, and 1:1s
- Proactively learn agency structure and industry
Skills
- 1-2 years experience working in social, digital, online or advertising environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to interact professionally with external and internal teams
- Strong decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to identify and prioritize critical issues
- Comfortable working in a startup environment
- Knowledge of Powerpoint and Excel
- Media experience ideal, not required
