Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Crown Homes Real Estate is a fast-growing, agent-focused brokerage seeking an Agent Growth Coordinator. In this role, you'll connect with real estate agents, guide them through the recruiting process, and maintain structured outreach to support the company's growth.
Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls while building strong first impressions and relationships with agents
- Introduce Crown Homes and communicate our value clearly and confidently
- Ask structured questions to qualify interest and fit
- Schedule next steps (calls, meetings, interviews) with leadership
- Maintain accurate notes and activity tracking in our CRM
- Follow a structured outreach and follow-up process
- Stay consistent with daily activity and performance targets

- Driven and organized individual
- Ability to make high-volume outbound calls
- Strong first impressions and relationship-building skills

- Willingness to work Eastern Time hours consistently
- Recent graduates or early in their career
- Prior sales experience (though helpful)
