Refer.IO is a rapidly growing, nurse-founded wellness franchise looking for a part-time Client Success & Communications Coordinator. The role involves being the organized voice of the corporate team, assisting franchise owners with their queries, sending updates, and helping onboard new owners.
Responsibilities
- Be the friendly first point of contact for our franchise owners when they need help or have questions
- Use your marketing skills to send out our weekly newsletters and helpful email sequences to the owners
- Help us schedule and co-host our weekly group Zoom calls where owners share ideas and get advice
- Guide brand new franchise owners through their first 90 days using our step-by-step checklist
- Help us reply to people who are interested in buying a franchise and answer their basic questions

- You're Organized: You love a good checklist and you don't let details slip through the cracks
- You're Helpful: You genuinely enjoy answering questions and making people's days a little easier
- You're Good with Computers: You don't need to be a tech genius, but you're comfortable learning new software (and we'll even teach you some cool new AI tools to make your job easier!)
