Magnolia & Main Accounting is a women-run virtual accounting firm that opened in 2025, and they are seeking a Virtual Bookkeeper / Client Account Manager to support their growing client base. The role involves managing client books, reconciling accounts, and maintaining organized records within firm systems.
Responsibilities
- Managing client books in QuickBooks Online
- Categorizing transactions and keeping accounts organized
- Reconciling bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts
- Preparing monthly books for Lead Accountant review
- Communicating with clients when documentation or clarification is needed
- Maintaining organized records within firm systems
Skills
- Experience managing client books in QuickBooks Online
- Ability to categorize transactions and keep accounts organized
- Experience reconciling bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts
- Ability to prepare monthly books for Lead Accountant review
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients when documentation or clarification is needed
