Agora is a leading SaaS and FinTech platform transforming how real estate investment firms manage their capital, investors, and operations. As a Payments Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting payment approvals, monitoring transactions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Support payment approvals, verifications, and checklist-based controls
- Monitor domestic and international transactions and flag anomalies
- Help process and verify payment approvals in line with policy and controls
- Act as the payments expert layer for Support and Customer Success teams
- Join client calls when operational clarification is needed
- Document payment issues and resolutions clearly
- Maintain accurate internal records and dashboards
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to resolve issues quickly and meet SLAs
- Contribute to process automation and cross‑functional projects
- Investigate exceptions and coordinate resolutions
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and a process‑oriented mindset
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced, tech‑driven environment
- Curiosity, ownership, and willingness to learn
- Familiarity with spreadsheets
- Familiarity with CRMs or project‑tracking tools (Monday.com)
